Prestigious award determined by employee survey
WEST LAFAYETTE, IN – Rohrman Automotive Group, one of the largest family-owned auto groups in the
United States, is honored to be recognized as a 2024 Chicago Tribune Top Workplace and Top
Workplace Culture Excellence award winner. The Top Workplace award celebrates employee
engagement and is based solely on survey responses by employees measuring 15 culture drivers like
alignment, execution and connection. The Top Workplace Culture Excellence award specifically
recognizes Rohrman’s employee-first attitude.
“Every member of the Rohrman team is valued and has a voice, and we are honored they used their
voices to help us collectively earn these momentous achievements,” said Ryan Rohrman, CEO of
Rohrman Automotive Group. “We work hard to create a sense of inclusion and longevity by providing
employee resources, growth opportunities and fun events to ensure we deliver awesome experiences to
our team and customers alike.”
With 1,600 employees across 22 dealership locations in Indiana, Illinois and Wisconsin, Rohrman
Automotive Group prioritizes employee satisfaction and well-being through programs like the Rohrman
Restored Foundation, which has provided more than $1.4 million in support for health, counseling,
education and financial emergencies for over 700 Rohrman families, and Rohrman Recharge, a series of
